The goal of this rebuildment is to make PixPack more modular. This is the base of future sub-projects like a smilie-collection and a free designable website for each user.

In the last few days Joe got some problems with the connectivity. The reason is the movement to a new, bigger and faster server.
If there is a problem for a longer time please contact me.
The JoeToe-Design is stable now. You can see some services and the login-box is away, which means I’ll concentrate on services you don’t need an account.
The new search-box referes to the siten, but later it will point to the brand new search engine which is under construction yet.

For the last month, at the JoeToe-Frontpage you can see a countdown. Each time a bit - JoeToe got a rebirth!
The today’s update has the theme “QuickSearch”.
In other words: Find faster what you’re looking for!
Therefor a search-field and a link-list was added. (By the way - Joe got 78 services for you.)

2 weeks after the first release… The second version. It was planed and marks a new generation of dictionary. It’s powered by asynchron communication which means more power and a nicer look and feel for you.

14 days ago http://dict.joetoe.com was started and shows the power of “DictCore”.
Dict-ator is more complex project which will include learning applications and many many more extras.
So, be curious!

After a long period of planning, not a simple development and a moved release - The JoeToe dictionary is here!
Currently, the languages or language combinations German/English is available. 1/3 of the translations have already been released. This represents approximately 300,000 active entries in the dictionary. But Spanish, French and Italian (though not as extensive) are available, too.

JoeToe’s new feature comes later. - Why? I’m ill and I was not able to work the last few days. So release-date was moved 9 days.
But wat’s the new feature:
It’s a dictionary. - But not one of “them”. It is much bigger and got features of real “Web-Search-Engines”. More than 700.000 entrys for the english-german-combination, many more supported languages than common dictionaries and simple usability.
JoeToe is powered by advertisement. But sometimes some kind of advertisement is bad. From Funsturbation and VoteMyShit all layers are removed. GagPack shows it once if you click a picture.
I thinks that’s the way you want it. So…
